Heroes Legends is a company that operates exclusively in the digital market, meaning our products are shipped securely straight from our suppliers to you, the customer, worldwide.

The right to cancel a purchase may be exercised by the customer within 7 days of receiving the order. For this reason, Heroes Legends reserves the right not to cancel an order after the purchase has been completed. The customer may contact the store and, if the order has not yet been processed, the store will have the option to accept or decline the cancellation. Most orders are processed within 24 hours to speed up delivery to you. Therefore, once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the shipment. In such cases, the customer should wait for the order to arrive and refuse delivery so that it returns immediately to the sender. Once the return of the order is confirmed, the customer will be fully refunded.
